Returns
We don't ever want you to regret your purchase with Hero SUP.
If your Hero SUP paddle board shows up and you are not 100% satisfied, all you need to do is re-pack it into the original packaging and ship it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full 100% refund of the original purchase price.
Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please keep your original invoice for returns.
Note: We do not accept returns on used products. All returns must be in original packaging. Otherwise a 10% restocking fee will apply.
To initiate a return please send us an email with your order # to support@herosup.com.
The refund less restocking fee (if applicable) will be applied once the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Please allow 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
